How does the process of repairing electronic components and consoles work?
Our aim is to make the process agile, transparent and without obligation for you. This is how we work at SEMAPRO:

Tell us which component you need to check and what symptoms it presents (electrical faults, no response, overheating, etc.). The more information we have, the more efficient the diagnosis will be.
2. Sending the component
You send us the faulty part. We can help you with packing or collection instructions if required.
3. Free technical diagnosis
Once in our workshop, we carry out a detailed assessment. We check for visible damage, critical components and possible internal faults.
4. We send you a quote
. If the electronic repair is feasible, we will provide you with a clear, non-binding quote. If it is not possible to repair it or you decide not to continue, we will return the part to you as we received it.
5. If you agree, we repair
After your approval, we proceed with the repair, perform the necessary function tests and return the component to you in optimum condition.
